About this role
DTCC's Enterprise Services team is looking for an intern to support governance and risk reporting work that directly impacts how the financial markets operate. You'd spend the 10-week summer conducting data analysis, maintaining risk and control documentation, researching policy exceptions, and helping prepare dashboards and reports for senior management. This isn't shadowing work—you'll contribute to real business priorities while learning how a major financial infrastructure company manages risk and regulatory compliance.
The role suits someone pursuing a degree in business, finance, or economics (graduating Spring 2028, 3.2+ GPA) with genuine interest in governance, risk, or data analysis. Prior experience in these areas is preferred but not required; what matters more is your curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to work through feedback as you learn. You'll have structured mentorship, mid-point and final feedback sessions, and chances to build your network across the organization.
You'll work hybrid from the Tampa office—three days on-site, two remote—with competitive hourly pay. The program includes formal orientation, training on DTCC and the industry, and development focused on professional skills and career readiness. If you're interested in exploring a full-time path in financial services, governance, or risk management, this internship is designed to help you figure that out.
