About this role

DTCC's EDGE Program offers recent accounting and finance graduates a structured entry point into financial reporting and accounting operations at a major financial infrastructure company. As an Accounting Analyst, you would support core accounting activities—monthly closes, reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis—while contributing to the financial reports that management, regulators, and other stakeholders rely on. The role sits within the Financial Reporting & Accounting organization, giving you direct exposure to how accurate financial information flows through a complex enterprise.

The 18-month program is designed around learning as much as doing. Beyond your day-to-day work on accounting processes and documentation, you'll participate in structured onboarding, monthly learning sessions, mentorship, and feedback checkpoints (including a formal 90-day assessment). You'll have opportunities to shadow colleagues, take on stretch assignments, and build relationships across the company. The hybrid arrangement—three days in Tampa, two remote—balances office collaboration with flexibility.

This role suits recent graduates (expected May 2027 graduation) with a 3.2+ GPA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and genuine interest in financial reporting or accounting operations. Prior internship, project, or leadership experience is valued, as is familiarity with Excel, financial statements, or ERP systems. You'll need permanent work authorization and the curiosity to learn how your work connects to DTCC's role in powering global financial markets.
