About this role
Onsemi is seeking a senior product marketing leader to own the multiphase controller portfolio—a critical component in CPU and GPU power delivery systems. You would drive strategy from conception through market launch, set roadmaps informed by deep knowledge of voltage regulator architectures and compute power requirements, and own revenue, design-win, and margin targets for the business unit. This role demands someone who can translate complex power electronics into competitive advantage while engaging directly with OEMs, hyperscalers, and system architects to secure design wins.
Success here requires at least eight years in semiconductor or power electronics, with hands-on expertise in multiphase controllers and voltage regulator design. You'll need to balance technical credibility—enough to influence architecture decisions and lead customer technical discussions—with business acumen: developing pricing strategies, building cases for new features, and managing cost structures. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer strategy, so you must thrive in a matrixed environment and communicate persuasively to both senior internal leadership and external technical decision-makers.
This is a full-time, in-office position in San Jose with a base salary range of $151,455 to $272,550, plus benefits. The role suits someone with proven product management or product line leadership experience who wants to shape the future of power delivery technology in high-performance computing.
