Leading a team at Aerie means supporting the brand's mission of body positivity and empowerment while driving sales performance in a fast-growing lifestyle brand. As an Associate Selling Team Leader in the San Diego store, you'll manage associates on the sales floor, oversee daily operations, and help cultivate the positive, inclusive culture that defines the #AerieREAL™ movement.
