About this role

Aerie, American Eagle's lifestyle brand centered on body positivity and sustainability, is seeking a Senior Brand Ambassador for their Jacksonville store. This part-time in-office role focuses on embodying and communicating the #AerieREAL™ movement—celebrating authentic self-image and empowerment—while selling intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections made with sustainable and recycled materials.

The position calls for someone who can authentically represent the brand's values and connect with customers on that mission. You'd be working in a retail environment where your ability to engage people around body positivity and the company's Real Good promise matters as much as sales skills. The role is part-time, so it suits candidates seeking flexible retail work rather than a full-time commitment.

Pay varies based on experience and location. Depending on eligibility and employment classification, you may receive paid sick leave, holiday pay, and other benefits; specifics differ by job level and tenure.
