About this role

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking an Associate Merchandise Planner to join its Pittsburgh headquarters on a full-time, in-office basis. This role sits within the planning function for the American Eagle brand, one of AEO's portfolio of apparel retailers. The position supports the merchandise planning operation that drives inventory and product strategy across American Eagle's stores in the US, Canada, and Mexico, as well as its e-commerce channels and global license partnerships.

The role is suited to someone with foundational merchandising or planning experience who is ready to deepen their expertise in a structured retail environment. You would be working within a larger planning team at a publicly traded specialty retailer with established processes and systems. This is an opportunity to build merchandising acumen while contributing to decisions that affect product availability and assortment across multiple geographies and sales channels.
