About this role

CBIZ is seeking a Manager for Talent Solutions in its San Francisco office to lead client engagements and supervise staff on a seasonal, full-time basis. You would serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their business issues and communicating tailored solutions while managing the technical and strategic quality of deliverables like financial statements and tax returns. This role requires you to balance direct client relationships with internal team leadership—supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring work meets quality standards and deadlines, and managing engagement budgets and billing realization.

The position suits someone with at least five years of experience in a related professional services field and three years of supervisory experience, ideally with active required licenses. You'll need strong technical skills across accounting, tax, or advisory work; the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues at all levels; and comfort with travel based on client needs. Beyond delivery, you'll contribute to business development by identifying cross-sell opportunities and participating in new client pitches alongside senior management.
