About this role

CBIZ is seeking an Institutional Investment Analyst to support its investment advisory services for institutional clients including endowments, foundations, and pension plans. Based in Memphis and working in-office, you would handle monthly and quarterly performance reporting, assist with portfolio analysis and manager due diligence, and coordinate rebalancing and other projects across clients, custodians, and investment managers. Within your first year, you'd develop competency across the full range of client-facing investment support work.

The role is designed for someone early in their investment career—ideally with zero to two years of related experience—who holds a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting and possesses fundamental industry knowledge. You'll need proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with investment platforms like Bloomberg or Morningstar Direct, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required, as you'll conduct complex business communications with a diverse client base.

This position suits a detail-oriented professional motivated to build expertise in institutional investing, ideally while pursuing credentials like the CFA or CFP. You should be comfortable with self-directed learning, able to work collaboratively across teams, and prepared to travel as needed.
