About this role

CBIZ's Tax Transformation team is looking for a Senior Analyst to bridge tax expertise and technology implementation. You'll work with tax professionals and IT teams to redesign tax processes using automation, workflow technologies, and offshore resources—translating business needs into detailed requirements and process maps that drive real operational improvements. This is a hands-on role where you'll facilitate workshops with stakeholders, collaborate with Business Intelligence and AI teams on analytics solutions, and help the firm adopt leading tax platforms from vendors like Thomson Reuters and Wolters Kluwer.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in tax and tax technology transformation, ideally from a public accounting background, with solid knowledge of corporate, partnership, indirect, or international tax processes. You'll need strong analytical and documentation skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and comfort communicating across all organizational levels. A CPA and bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or information systems are preferred. Beyond process design, you'll support change management efforts, track adoption metrics, and advise on emerging technologies—making this role suitable for someone who wants to drive strategic change rather than execute routine tax work. The position is based in Atlanta and requires less than 10% travel.
