About this role
CBIZ is seeking a Client Resolution Representative to handle retirement plan participant inquiries and requests in its Baltimore office. In this entry-level role, you'll open cases for each inquiry—whether resolved immediately or requiring deeper research—and ensure timely, accurate responses within service level guidelines. Your day-to-day work involves obtaining account information, answering plan questions, executing transactions, and processing benefit payments while maintaining detailed case documentation.
The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital filing systems, and the ability to juggle multiple requests simultaneously. You'll need solid written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt as procedures evolve. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement; zero to two years of experience in retirement planning is preferred but not required, making this a realistic entry point if you have the foundational computer skills and customer-service mindset to manage client relationships and follow established processes.
