About this role

AAR Corp. is hiring a Warehouse Clerk for its Connecticut location to manage inventory operations across receiving, storage, and fulfillment. You'll unload incoming shipments, stock items to designated shelf locations, pick orders for customers and repair vendors, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies—work that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and familiarity with warehouse systems. Forklift operation is part of the role, and you'll need to meet ITAR compliance requirements as a U.S. Person.

The position is full-time on the first shift, Monday through Friday, in a traditional warehouse environment. You'll be on your feet regularly, lifting up to 35 pounds and moving throughout the facility. A high school diploma or GED is required; one year of related warehouse or inventory experience is preferred but not mandatory. AAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

This role suits someone with warehouse fundamentals who's reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work in a structured setting. If you're eligible to work as a U.S. Person and looking for stable, full-time warehouse work with benefits, this is worth considering.
