About this role

AAR Corp. is seeking someone to manage the detailed recordkeeping systems that support aircraft maintenance operations. In this in-office role based in Fort Worth, you'll handle operator functions, data entry, and retrieval within NALCOMIS OOMA—the military aviation logistics system—while also performing networking tasks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and generating management reports. The work spans both technical database management and traditional administrative duties like filing, correspondence, and systems analysis, all critical to keeping deployment and detachment operations running smoothly.

You'll need a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of hands-on experience with NALCOMIS OOMA; prior experience as a NALCOMIS Database Administrator is a plus. Because this role requires a secret clearance, you must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain that clearance. The position is based in an aviation maintenance hangar and office environment, requiring you to move between workstations, sit at a desk, and handle both physical and digital records.
