At AAR Corp.'s Oklahoma City facility, you would serve as the quality gatekeeper for aircraft airworthiness, inspecting aircraft, engines, components, and materials to ensure all overhauls, checks, and repairs meet FAA regulations and customer specifications. Your daily work involves processing incoming and outgoing material, documenting inspection results, coordinating with suppliers and production teams on rejected items, and making judgment calls on complex problems using data and analytical thinking. The role demands someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining the precision that aviation safety requires.

This position requires a minimum FAA Airframe rating, with both Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings preferred, plus at least three years of inspector experience on fixed-wing transport aircraft like Boeing 737, ERJ 175, or Airbus models. You'll need strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and either an associate degree or four years of equivalent technical experience.
