About this role

Acturhire is seeking a senior-level client advocate with deep roots in commercial property and casualty insurance to manage relationships with middle market and large risk accounts in Pittsburgh. You'll need at least a decade of relevant client management experience, an active RIBO license, and ideally professional designations like CIP or CRM. This role demands someone who can balance high-volume, fast-paced work with minimal oversight while delivering expert consultation on risk management issues to both clients and internal leadership.

The position suits someone who thrives independently but also collaborates well—you'll need strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and genuine relationship-building talent to succeed across a mixed client and team environment. The hybrid arrangement offers flexibility to structure your work around client needs and personal circumstances. WTW's benefits package is comprehensive, covering health, dental, vision, retirement planning, and various leave options including parental and adoption leave.
