About this role

Acturhire is seeking interns for its retirement actuarial team in Los Angeles, working on a hybrid basis ahead of a full-time transition after graduation. You'll support client work in retirement planning and analysis, applying quantitative skills to real-world actuarial problems while developing both technical depth and client-facing capabilities.

The ideal candidate is completing a degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a similarly quantitative field with a 3.0 GPA or higher, and has passed at least one actuarial exam. Prior internship or analyst experience is preferred, particularly roles that demonstrate technical problem-solving or client service skills. U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.

The position offers $28–$35 per hour with overtime eligibility, plus access to WTW's benefits package including a 401(k) and pension plan. The hybrid arrangement requires you to be within commutable distance to one of the company's office locations.
