About this role

Leading a senior client service function at WTW's Toronto office, this role oversees complex group benefits relationships and programs within the Canadian market. You would be responsible for building and expanding strategic client partnerships while managing large accounts in a consulting environment, requiring both the relationship management acumen and technical depth that comes from 10+ years in benefits brokerage or consulting. The position demands strong executive presence, cross-organizational influence, and polished communication skills—you'll represent WTW in client-facing situations and collaborate across all levels internally.

The ideal candidate brings proven success managing sophisticated client relationships, solid knowledge of Canadian insurers and vendors, and strong technical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A Life and Health license is required within your first six months; CEBS designation or actuarial or underwriting training in health and welfare is valued. You'll work hybrid from Toronto with occasional travel as needed, earning a base salary of $140,000–$190,000 CAD plus eligibility for short-term incentive bonuses and performance recognition. Note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
