- 1-3+ years insurance industry experience related to servicing accounts is a plus
- Experience working with Surety, including in an insurance brokerage environment a plus
- Experience working with Epic and Tinubu a plus
- Acquire and maintain P&C Licensure within 90 days of employment

Acturhire is hiring a Surety Production Manager for their Charlotte office, a full-time in-office role focused on account servicing and production within the surety insurance space. You'll need strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business tools, and the ability to manage priorities both independently and collaboratively. The role requires you to obtain your P&C license within 90 days of starting.
Prior experience in insurance account servicing is valued, and background with surety products—particularly in a brokerage setting—gives you a meaningful edge.
