About this role

Acturhire is seeking a Director to lead transfer pricing operations for a complex multinational organization based in Philadelphia. This role demands someone with at least ten years of transfer pricing experience, ideally combining Big Four advisory background with in-house multinational exposure. You'll own operational transfer pricing, reporting, forecasting, and global compliance processes while demonstrating technical depth across intercompany services, revenue-sharing arrangements, and other intricate intercompany structures.

The position requires strong judgment in balancing technical rigor with business pragmatism—knowing when to take ownership of key positions and when to bring in specialist expertise. You'll need solid grounding in accounting, finance, and operational processes, including ERP systems, consolidation platforms, and US GAAP principles. Beyond technical competency, this role emphasizes leadership: building and developing high-performing teams, driving process modernization through technology and automation, and communicating complex transfer pricing concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders across a global organization.

The salary range is $130,000 to $180,000 annually, with eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus. WTW offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits, paid leave, and retirement plans. This is a full-time, in-office position in Philadelphia. Note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
