At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in-office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.

About this role

Leading health and benefits strategy at Acturhire means owning both the client relationship and revenue side of large group plan design and management. You'll draw on a decade or more of consulting or brokerage experience to guide clients through complex welfare plan decisions, while also building and expanding your own book of business. This role requires someone comfortable at the executive table—someone who can influence senior stakeholders, communicate clearly in writing and conversation, and manage global teams and initiatives across multiple time zones and priorities.

The position suits a leader who stays current with industry shifts in health and benefits strategy and has the appetite to help shape new tools and approaches in the space. You'll travel regularly to meet clients and support your team. A provincial Life and Health license is required within your first six months. The hybrid setup in Vancouver gives you flexibility to balance in-office collaboration with remote work, depending on client and team needs.

The base salary runs $150,000 to $175,000 annually, with an additional short-term incentive bonus. You'll need a bachelor's degree and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to manage the analytical and presentation work the role demands.
