About this role
Acturhire is seeking a Client Advocate to join its Miami office, working directly with middle-market and upper-middle-market commercial P&C insurance clients. You'll manage account renewals, handle day-to-day service requests, and develop renewal strategies—responsibilities that require both technical depth in property and casualty coverages and the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to clients. This is an in-office, full-time role suited to someone with 5 to 8 years of broking or account management experience who is comfortable navigating agency management systems and standard broking workflows.
The position calls for an active P&C license and a track record of successful account management in the commercial space. Professional designations like CISR, CIC, ARM, or CPCU are valued but not required. A bachelor's degree is preferred. WTW (the parent company) offers a comprehensive benefits package covering health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and generous leave policies including paid time off, parental leave, and disability coverage.
