About this role

Acturhire is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Affinity team in Toronto to work on-site in a full-time role. You would join a Project Office environment operating within an Agile framework, supporting product optimization and strategy across insurance and financial services offerings. The position calls for someone with at least three years of hands-on experience in insurance products (travel, embedded credit card benefits, creditor insurance, home & auto, pet health, or life and health benefits) or related functions such as product management, marketing, claims, or underwriting. Your core responsibilities would involve synthesizing complex data and business insights, developing solutions to strategic challenges, and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders—all while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate brings a university degree in a related field and demonstrated proficiency in Excel for data analysis, along with broader MS Office skills. Beyond the core requirements, experience in consulting, product management, strategy, or affinity partnerships would strengthen your candidacy, as would familiarity with insurance contracts, policy language, or dashboard tools like PowerBI or Tableau. Bilingual capability in English and French is valued. You'll need strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, the capacity to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse perspectives, and the initiative to challenge conventional thinking. The salary range is $80,000–$100,000 CAD annually, with eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus. Note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
