About this role

Actuhire is seeking an experienced disability management and wellbeing professional to step into a leadership-focused associate manager role in Toronto. You would bring at least five years of hands-on experience—whether from insurance carriers, employer programs, consulting, or allied health—and apply deep knowledge of disability case management, return-to-work strategy, and accommodation best practices to drive meaningful outcomes for clients. The position values your ability to design and execute wellbeing initiatives that reduce health risks and costs while supporting employees through rehabilitation and mental health programs.

This role demands strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and the capacity to juggle competing priorities without losing quality or deadlines. You'll need to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, work both independently and collaboratively, and mentor junior team members as they develop. Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is essential, as is a provincial life and health license (obtainable within your first six months). A CDMP or CEP designation and bilingual French-English capability would strengthen your candidacy, though neither is required.

The position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 CAD annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus, and requires full-time in-office presence in Toronto.
