Qualifications
The Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of design-orientated executive compensation experience in consulting or highly consultative corporate environments, and a genuine interest in this field
Experience designing annual, equity, stock and other long- and short-term incentive programs
Creative, analytical and results-driven orientation, demonstrated through the ability to draw conclusions, themes, and trends from data analysis and communicate results effectively
Proven experience successfully managing multiple, multi-faceted projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
An executive presence with polished and well-developed communication skills, including experience making presentations and “sell” ideas to colleagues and management.
Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and clear, concise written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $94,000– $144,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Actuhire is seeking a Manager in Executive Compensation Consulting to join its Minneapolis office on a full-time, in-office basis. This role requires someone with at least five years of hands-on experience designing compensation programs—annual bonuses, equity awards, and long-term incentives—in consulting or corporate settings where you've worked closely with senior leadership. You'll be expected to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, synthesize data into actionable insights, and present recommendations persuasively to executives and colleagues. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong business acumen, moving comfortably between spreadsheet modeling and high-level strategy conversations.

The position offers a base salary of $94,000 to $144,000 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus.
