About this role
Upstream Rehabilitation, the nation's largest dedicated outpatient physical and occupational therapy provider, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to build their West Coast recruiting team from a remote location. The role offers three entry points depending on your background—Associate, Partner, or Senior Partner level—with compensation ranging from $55,000 to $100,000. You'd own full-cycle recruitment across their 1,200+ locations, with particular focus on clinical and hard-to-fill positions that directly support their mission-driven organization.
Your day-to-day work involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, designing sourcing strategies, and building candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. You'll manage the entire candidate experience, maintain accurate records in their ATS system (Greenhouse experience valued), and use data to continuously improve recruitment processes. If you're stepping into a senior role, you'd also lead complex searches and mentor teammates.
The position suits recruiters with at least three years of full-cycle experience—ideally including healthcare or clinical hiring. For the senior level, six years of recruitment experience with a clinical focus is expected. You'll need strong communication and relationship skills, comfort with multiple priorities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment within Pacific Time. Upstream offers competitive benefits including employer-paid medical insurance options, 401(k) matching, generous PTO, and a collaborative corporate culture invested in professional development.
