About this role

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director to lead global value, access, and pricing strategy for its NSCLC oncology portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of clinical development, commercial strategy, and payer engagement—you would own the global pricing architecture, value story, and evidence requirements for assigned assets while ensuring alignment across clinical, regulatory, commercial, and market access functions. The work spans major markets including Europe, Japan, and the United States, with particular focus on HTA readiness, reimbursement positioning, and competitive dynamics in non-small cell lung cancer.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in market access and pricing with substantial oncology experience and deep familiarity with payer systems across Europe (NICE, G-BA/AMNOG), Japan, and the US. You should be comfortable translating clinical development priorities into payer evidence strategies, designing global pricing approaches including value-based and reference pricing models, and partnering with regional teams to synthesize local insights into global decisions. An advanced degree in health economics, public health, or related field is preferred, along with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage HTA organizations early in development cycles.

This is a remote position based in the United Arab Emirates, with a base salary range of $201,000–$251,000 USD, adjusted for local market. The role offers equity awards, benefits, and learning opportunities as part of Revolution Medicines' total rewards package.
