About this role
Nicola Real Estate, which manages over $10 billion in commercial properties across Canada and the US, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen its finance operations. You would work closely with the FP&A Manager on Yardi system administration, reporting enhancements, and process improvements that directly support the Real Estate Finance Team's decision-making. The role centers on translating business needs into scalable reporting solutions, automating workflows, and ensuring data integrity across fund and property operations.
This position suits someone with at least four years of audit or real estate finance experience, a CPA or CFA designation, and strong Excel proficiency. Yardi software experience is valued, as is familiarity with Canadian and US tax considerations. You'll collaborate across the Real Estate Team to extract, validate, and analyze financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting—work that requires both technical rigor and clear communication with non-finance colleagues.
Based in Vancouver's downtown Real Estate office, this is a full-time, in-office role offering a base salary of $85,000 to $105,000 depending on your background. Nicola Wealth provides profit sharing and benefits from day one, plus access to a share ownership program as part of its total rewards package.
