BUILT DIFFERENT

We believe there's a better way to build. One that moves faster, thinks bigger, and gives people the ownership to challenge what's been done before. We're not here to follow the standard. We're here to set a new one. We don't believe the best work happens inside rigid boxes. People are given real ownership, real responsibility, and the space to operate beyond a title. Scope grows with impact. Responsibility grows with trust. And the people who step up help shape what comes next. We're building an organization around ownership, not hierarchy, where your influence is defined by what you take on, not what's written on your email signature.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The infrastructure is ambitious. The people behind it should be too.

We need a Scheduler who thinks from first principles, questions convention, and wants the weight of owning the outcome. Someone who can build a schedule that's never been done before, defend it in the room, and hold the whole team to it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

+   Build it: Own the master schedule end-to-end in Primavera P6 — WBS, logic, calendars, constraints, and critical path — from pursuit through closeout.

+   Defend it: Serve as the final word on schedule logic and float, running DCMA 14-point health checks and defending the plan to owners, GCs, and leadership.

+   Read it: Translate architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings, plus long-lead equipment and utility and permitting dependencies, into a schedule that reflects how the project will actually get built.

+   Recover it: Spot slippage before it becomes a problem, run what-if scenarios, and build the recovery plan before anyone asks for one.

WHAT YOU BRING

+   8+ years of construction scheduling experience, with deep, hands-on mastery of Oracle Primavera P6.

+   Experience scheduling large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects.

+   Fluency with CPM scheduling theory and DCMA 14-point (or similar) schedule quality standards.

+   Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and specifications.

+   Experience integrating long-lead equipment procurement, utility, and permitting dependencies into a master schedule.

BUILT FOR THIS

If you are mission-driven, ownership-minded, drawn to hard problems, willing to challenge convention, and ready to build the playbook.

If you aren’t waiting for every answer, looking for layers of approval, leading from a distance, attached to “the way it’s always been done,” or looking for just another role.

BONUS POINTS

+   PSP (AACE), PMI-SP, PMP, or similar scheduling credential.

+   Forensic delay analysis, time-impact analysis, and claims support experience.

+   Experience with schedule risk analysis — Monte Carlo simulation, Primavera Risk Analysis (Pertmaster), Safran Risk, or Acumen Fuse.

+   Familiarity with Last Planner or pull planning, and BIM 4D tools such as Navisworks or Synchro.

"People are our greatest differentiator: an environment where high performers thrive, where collaboration drives impact, and where careers are shaped by opportunity, not hierarchy."

Asher Genoot, Architect

About this role

Hut 8 is looking for a Scheduler to own the master schedule end-to-end on ambitious infrastructure projects in Miami. You'll work in Primavera P6 from pursuit through closeout, building schedules that integrate architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical dependencies alongside long-lead equipment, utility, and permitting requirements. This isn't a support role—you'll be the final authority on schedule logic and float, defending your plan to owners, GCs, and leadership, running DCMA 14-point health checks, and spotting slippage before it becomes a crisis.

The role demands 8+ years of hands-on construction scheduling experience with deep P6 mastery, ideally on large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects. You need to read and interpret complex drawings, understand CPM theory and schedule quality standards, and think in what-if scenarios to build recovery plans proactively. Scheduling credentials like PSP, PMI-SP, or PMP are valued, as is experience with delay analysis, schedule risk analysis tools, or 4D BIM platforms.

Hut 8 operates on ownership rather than hierarchy—your influence grows with what you take on, not your title. This suits someone who thinks from first principles, challenges convention, and wants real responsibility for outcomes. If you're looking for layers of approval, waiting for every answer, or attached to how things have always been done, this isn't the fit. The company is built for people drawn to hard problems who are ready to build the playbook.
