Office & Workplace Operations

  • Own day-to-day Houston office operations, ensuring the workplace remains functional, organized, appropriately stocked, and ready to support employees and business needs.
  • Manage recurring workplace services and coordinate with building management and vendors on facilities, maintenance, cleaning, office services, and other operational needs, following issues through resolution.

  • Coordinate office projects and changes, including workspace and seating needs, moves, vendor projects, and other onsite initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate workplace safety, security, and emergency preparedness activities, maintaining appropriate procedures, documentation, and readiness.
  • Monitor how workplace services are operating and implement improvements when processes create unnecessary delays, rework, or friction for employees.

Events & Engagement

  • Own assigned workplace and employee events from planning through execution, including timelines, vendors, logistics, communications, and onsite coordination.
  • Partner with P&C and cross-functional team members on other larger company events and initiatives, providing planning, administrative, logistical, and onsite support based on the needs of the event.
  • Anticipate event and onsite needs, coordinate the appropriate resources, and help deliver organized and engaging experiences for employees.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide Executive Assistant support to an assigned stakeholder(s), including calendar and travel & expense management.
  • Provide administrative support across the stakeholder's areas of responsibility by assisting with projects, events, communications, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Provide flexible administrative and project support to the P&C team as business needs require.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment such as workplace operations, office administration, hospitality, restaurant management, hotel operations, events, retail management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating people, vendors, schedules, services, events, or day-to-day operations.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Google Workspace and other workplace and business systems.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Houston office Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility outside standard business hours for events or workplace needs.

About this role

HighRadius's Houston headquarters needs an Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of its office—managing facilities, vendors, workplace services, safety, and employee events while also providing executive assistant support to assigned leaders. The role sits at the intersection of logistics, people support, and problem-solving: you'll coordinate everything from office moves and vendor relationships to emergency preparedness and company events, with the expectation that you'll think through what's needed, recommend solutions, and see them through to completion.

This position suits someone with a background in office administration, workplace operations, hospitality, events, or similar service-oriented environments who thrives on managing multiple priorities without losing sight of details. You should be naturally organized and adaptable, comfortable working independently to figure things out while also knowing when to escalate, and genuinely focused on making the employee experience smoother rather than adding friction to processes. The role is full-time, in-office in Houston Monday through Friday with occasional flexibility for events.

HighRadius offers competitive benefits including 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, paid holidays, stock options for top performers, and regular team events. Travel is minimal (0–5% local/domestic), and the physical demands include regular movement around the office and occasional lifting of items up to 20 pounds.
