About this role

Leading Asana's Enterprise Accounts team means owning the full lifecycle of the company's most strategic customer relationships—from health and growth to AI-driven value delivery. You'll manage a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers, build scalable adoption and AI consumption programs, and serve as the voice of the customer across Sales, Product, and Enablement. The role balances hands-on people leadership with executive relationship management, requiring you to coach your team while also stepping into C-suite conversations and navigating complex account dynamics.

This position calls for someone with at least seven years in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, including two to three years managing people directly. You should have a track record with high-value accounts and ideally some exposure to AI or ML environments. Beyond the technical skills—strong command of SaaS metrics like GRR and NRR, operational rigor in building scalable processes—you need executive presence, cross-functional communication ability, and genuine curiosity about emerging technologies. The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule centered on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday office days.

The position offers a base salary of $238,000–$280,000 plus equity and benefits including mental health support, career coaching, and family building benefits. This is an L7 role reporting directly to Customer Success leadership, suited for someone ready to blend strategic account stewardship with team development at a company where millions of teams use Asana to drive collaboration.
