Key Responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Weekly travel throughout designated region, with overnight travel required, hotel and company vehicle provided.
- Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
- Communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
- Use technology effectively (smartphone/tablet); tool knowledge a plus.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital reporting tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

RoofingSource is hiring a Junior Field Advisor in Atlanta to join their roofing operations team. You'll spend most of your time on rooftops performing repairs, maintenance, and grease containment work—physically demanding tasks that involve climbing, lifting, and bending in all kinds of weather. The role requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record, as you'll travel weekly throughout your designated region with occasional overnight trips (the company provides a vehicle and covers hotel costs). You'll also handle client communication and complete digital reports on a smartphone or tablet.
This position suits someone comfortable with hands-on field work who can communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. Tool experience is helpful but not required.
