The role requires you to stay current with ABA research, conduct functional assessments, lead staff development initiatives, and work closely with the Clinical Director to keep clinical and operational standards aligned. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a collaborative mindset—this is a team environment where you'll interface with HR, compliance, and other professionals across the organization.

You'll receive an Apple MacBook and iPad, work in a state-of-the-art facility, and have regular support from your Clinical Director.
