About the Role
iCapital is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take hands-on ownership of the Salesforce estate, spanning multiple organizations supporting the Distribution, Enterprise, Structured Investments, and Data Solutions teams. Working alongside a close-knit team to drive platform stability, data quality, and commercial capability, this is a role for someone comfortable walking into complexity, assessing it clearly, and building solutions that last.
Responsibilities
- Support daily Salesforce operations, including user requests, ticket resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead the assessment, documentation, and enhancement of Salesforce configuration across multiple organizations including environments where formal ownership is being established.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Configure standard Salesforce tools such as Flows, approval processes, reports and dashboards.
- Manage user and license administration (i.e. setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Partner with an external delivery partner and progressively take ownership of complex configuration and build work as internal capability scales.
- Maintain and manage sandbox environments for testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with teams using integrated platforms.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs as needed.
- Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend relevant platform improvements.
- Communicate platform updates and provide user training as needed.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud or integrated platforms such as HubSpot, Cvent, or Tableau is strongly preferred
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs, including environments with limited existing documentation
- Familiar with financial services, fintech, or alternative investments is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Able to document processes and contribute to internal knowledge management
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams

The base salary range for this role is CAD 95,000 to CAD 110,000. iCapital offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a competitive total compensation package consisting of salary, bonus, and equity for all full-time employees. At iCapital Network, you'd be stepping into a hands-on Salesforce Administrator role that spans multiple organizations across Distribution, Enterprise, Structured Investments, and Data Solutions. This isn't a single-org maintenance position—you'd be assessing and enhancing Salesforce configurations where formal ownership is still being established, working with limited documentation in some cases. The work ranges from day-to-day user support and ticket resolution to building scalable solutions using Flows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards, plus managing user administration, sandbox environments, and integrations with platforms like HubSpot, Cvent, or Tableau.
You'd be partnering with an external delivery partner initially, then progressively taking on more complex configuration and build work as internal capability grows. This suits someone comfortable with ambiguity who can translate business requirements into clear solutions and communicate platform changes to end users. The role requires 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience and a current Administrator certification (Advanced Admin is a plus); experience with multiple orgs and familiarity with financial services or fintech is strongly preferred.
iCapital offers CAD 95,000–110,000 base salary, full premium coverage for group benefits, retirement plan matching, and unlimited PTO. You'd work in-office Monday through Thursday with Friday remote flexibility. The position is based in Toronto and full-time.
