You’re a great fit for HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home If:
- You have a current license as a Registered Nurse
- You have at least one year of experience as an RN
- You worked the NICU, PICU, ICU, or in home care with trach/vent children under 2 years old
- You’re competent in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care

About this role
BAYADA's Hospital at Home program brings pediatric ICU care into family homes across Philadelphia, and this RN role puts you at the center of that mission. You'd provide one-on-one skilled nursing to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home settings, managing complex care including tracheostomy, ventilator support, and infusion therapy. The position offers both day and overnight shifts on a part-time basis, with an extra $3,000 sign-on bonus available for overnight schedules.
You'll need a current RN license and at least one year of experience, ideally from NICU, PICU, ICU, or pediatric home care backgrounds. Competency with trach/vent care and infusions is essential. BAYADA structures this as stable, supportive work within a nonprofit environment—weekly pay, one-on-one client relationships, and a team focused on your professional growth.
