BAYADA’s HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home ICU LPN works as an extension of the hospital care team, delivering quality skilled nursing care to infants and young children as they transition from the hospital to home in the greater Philadelphia area.

Qualifications for HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home ICU Nurses:
- Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Have a least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required with infants/pediatrics under 2 years old
- Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care

About this role
BAYADA's Hospital at Home program offers Licensed Practical Nurses the chance to deliver ICU-level skilled nursing to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home care across the greater Philadelphia area. Working as part of the hospital care team, you'll provide one-on-one client care with a focus on infusion therapy and tracheostomy/ventilator management. This is part-time work on overnight or day shifts, paying $40–$45 per hour, with an additional $3,000 sign-on bonus available for overnight positions.
The role requires at least one year of verified LPN experience, with specific competency in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent work with infants under two years old. You'll join a nonprofit organization that emphasizes professional growth through on-the-job training, scholarship opportunities, and free courses.
