About this role

Olsson is looking for a senior leader to oversee its growing Construction Administration and Management team from the Fayetteville office. You'd direct a geographically dispersed group of field inspectors, construction administrators, managers, and owner's representatives across multiple markets—transportation, water infrastructure, telecommunications, industrial, and vertical construction. This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you'll set direction for the team while staying involved in workforce planning, resource allocation, project execution, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has at least ten years of progressive construction administration or inspection experience, with a minimum of six years leading technical teams across different markets and regions. You'll need a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, plus a track record managing operational performance, staffing, and growth initiatives. The role demands strong client and stakeholder relationships, effective communication across multiple levels, and the ability to travel as needed. OSHA 10 certification and a PE license are preferred but not required.

Olsson offers competitive benefits including 401(k) matching, health and wellness programs, paid time off, and a performance bonus system. The position is full-time and in-office, with PPE, work boot reimbursement, and cell phone support provided.
