About this role
At impact.com, you'd serve as the technical bridge between sales and product, helping small and mid-market prospects understand how the platform solves their partnership marketing challenges. You'll work closely with Account Executives to discover client requirements, create tailored solution documentation, and deliver product demos that build confidence in impact.com's ability to deliver. This is fundamentally a pre-sales role where you're translating technical and business needs into clear, actionable guidance—handling standard integration questions, escalating complex ones appropriately, and ensuring prospects are set up for successful onboarding.
The role suits someone with 1–3 years in a SaaS or digital marketing environment who's comfortable with APIs, JavaScript, and marketing technology fundamentals. You'll need strong communication skills to lead structured technical conversations and the organizational discipline to document requirements and solutions clearly. Experience in pre-sales or client-facing technical work is a plus, as is familiarity with affiliate or digital marketing, though not required.
Impact.com offers a fully remote position at $100,000–$125,000 annually, plus a 15% performance bonus and RSU grants. The benefits package includes standard medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible PTO, mental health support with covered therapy sessions, gym reimbursement, parental leave, and a home office stipend. You'll also have access to free Coursera learning resources.
