About this role
Employer Direct Healthcare's Lantern platform is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day performance across two contact centers serving specialty care members. You'll directly manage four Supervisors and a QA Lead overseeing roughly 25 staff, owning everything from campaign monitoring and resource allocation to monthly reporting, quality assurance development, and standard operating procedures. The role requires balancing competing priorities across multiple programs while maintaining high performance standards and member experience—stepping in to support individual teams when needed and collaborating cross-functionally on company initiatives.
This position suits someone with at least five years in customer service or contact center operations (healthcare experience is a plus) who has managed supervisory-level staff and is comfortable with reporting tools like Salesforce. You'll need strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual capabilities and familiarity with care coordination concepts are preferred but not required. The successful candidate leads with empathy while holding firm accountability, solves problems proactively, and brings a continuous improvement approach to processes and team development.
The role is full-time, in-office in Dallas, with a base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 plus annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and paid parental leave. Travel is minimal at up to 10% annually.
