About this role
Neptune Retail Solutions is looking for a part-time Retail Merchandiser in Nashville to install and maintain in-store advertising displays—including Instant Coupon Machines, shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads—across multiple retail locations. The role offers flexible scheduling with territory assignments averaging 5 to 35 hours per week across different areas of the city, along with gas reimbursement and paid training.
You'll need a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation, though some assignments may allow alternatives like public transit. The work is hands-on and independent: you'll be responsible for quality installation and upkeep of displays while managing your own schedule and territory. Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and repetitive bending and stretching throughout your shifts.
Success in this role depends on self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional customer service standards with retail partners. You should be organized, adaptable, and comfortable with the logistics of managing multiple store visits during day or evening hours. This suits someone seeking flexible part-time work with a straightforward set of responsibilities and the autonomy to structure their own time.
