About this role
Waggoner Engineering is seeking a Construction Representative II to oversee road and bridge construction projects in north Louisiana, ensuring all work meets plans, specifications, and LaDOTD standards. You'll work alongside a Lead Construction Representative to monitor contractor compliance, coordinate with clients and utility companies, document daily progress, and manage project closeout. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to work independently while staying organized across multiple responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of construction inspection experience, particularly with road or bridge projects, and a high school diploma or technical degree.
