About this role
Truly Good Foods is hiring a Packer for their Charlotte production facility on a straightforward Monday-through-Friday first shift. The role centers on the final stages of product preparation: sealing and labeling containers, weighing and sorting product into trays, and stacking sealed items onto skids for distribution. You'll also operate a tape machine and maintain cleanliness of the production area. The work is hands-on and physical—you'll be standing regularly, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, and working in a moderately loud production environment where temperatures can vary.
This position requires no prior experience and only a high school diploma or GED. You'll need basic math skills, the ability to read and follow written or verbal instructions, and reliable attendance. The role operates with limited supervision once you understand standard procedures, so self-direction and communication with your supervisor matter. Truly Good Foods emphasizes a positive attitude and flexibility as workload demands.
The company offers a standard benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with disability insurance and an employee assistance program. At $16–$18 per hour, this is entry-level production work suited to someone seeking stable, consistent hours in a manufacturing setting.
