Key Responsibilities
About this role
Pinnacle Bank's Treasury Management Officer role combines product management, sales, and operational oversight for corporate and retail treasury services. You'd manage the merchant portfolio, handle pricing and setup, and drive growth across the bank's treasury offerings while supporting branch teams in client acquisition. The position also involves researching and developing new products, managing departmental budgets and goals, and potentially supervising a treasury management assistant.
This role requires five or more years of banking and cash management experience with a demonstrated sales background. You'll need strong proficiency with treasury management systems, ITI, and standard office software, along with solid communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholder groups. Travel between branches and to customer sites is expected. A high school diploma is the minimum requirement, though a college degree is preferred.
The position is based in Columbus, Nebraska and requires in-office presence with regular and reliable attendance. It's a full-time role that suits someone comfortable balancing product development and strategic initiatives with hands-on sales and customer relationship work.
