About this role

Pacific Seafood's Route Delivery Driver position combines logistics, customer service, and sales in a single role. You'll manage the full delivery cycle—from verifying loads are properly secured and safely organized, to delivering orders on schedule, unloading products at customer locations, and handling all associated paperwork and payment documentation. The work requires you to represent the company professionally with every customer interaction while maintaining the integrity of those relationships and promptly escalating any issues that arise.

This role demands both operational precision and safety consciousness. You'll perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, follow DOT regulations and company driving standards, and take responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance reporting of your truck. The job also calls for attention to detail in verifying orders, completing documentation accurately, and communicating routing changes or other operational needs to your manager. You'll be on your feet frequently, reaching, grasping, and moving about to load and unload perishable products efficiently.

To succeed here, you need at least one year of delivery and sales experience with perishable food products, a valid driver's license with a clean three-year Motor Vehicle Report, and the ability to pass a road test. A high school diploma or GED is required. If you thrive in time-sensitive environments and know the Boise area well, you'd be a strong fit for this full-time position within Pacific Seafood's transportation team.
