About this role
Pacific Seafood's Sales Specialist I role sits at the intersection of account management, order fulfillment, and customer service for a family-owned seafood company. You'd manage assigned accounts while supporting the broader sales team, handling everything from processing incoming orders and coordinating shipments to monitoring sales performance against quotas and revenue forecasts. The position requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities—maintaining regular customer communication, solving logistical problems, ensuring order accuracy during three-weekly inspections, and collaborating with sales representatives across different locations on credits, samples, and promotional materials.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced office environment where you'll spend most of your time at a desk but also handle physical tasks like transporting documents and equipment up to 50 pounds. You'll need a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with occasional travel (up to 15%) built into the role. An associate degree in business, culinary arts, or aquaculture is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, in-office position in Dallas that rewards performance and offers room to grow within an organization that emphasizes teamwork, quality, and excellence.
