About this role
Keystone Clearwater Solutions is looking for an experienced field technician to take a leadership role in water transfer operations around Wheeling. You'd manage crews on-site, oversee pump and pipeline systems, handle emergency repairs, and ensure work meets safety and procedural standards with minimal oversight. The role demands strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to train junior technicians, and comfort working outdoors in demanding conditions across 12-hour shifts that include nights and weekends.
You'll need at least a year of water transfer experience and a solid grasp of frac site operations, plus a valid driver's license; CDL and Fusion Tech certification are valued but not required. The position involves regular travel to job sites for multi-day assignments, so flexibility is essential. Keystone offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k match, paid time off, and paid training—plus professional development and an employee assistance program.
