Senior Field Technician - Water Transfer Operations

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Senior Field Technician to lead water transfer operations at job sites around Morgantown, managing crews, equipment, and complex systems with substantial independence. You'll be responsible for setting up and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and filtration systems, troubleshooting problems on the fly, handling emergency repairs, and training junior technicians in the field. The role demands strong technical knowledge of frac site operations, clear communication with teams and supervisors, and the ability to work safely and efficiently under pressure, often across multi-day assignments.

This position requires at least one year of water transfer experience and a high school diploma or GED, with CDL and Fusion Tech certification preferred. You'll work 12-hour shifts on rotating days and nights with regular overtime and weekend availability, and must be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. The job involves significant travel to different job sites and detailed record-keeping to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
