About this role

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is hiring Field Technicians to work directly with the water systems and equipment that support oil and gas operations in West Virginia. You'll spend your time in the field setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and related infrastructure—monitoring pressures and fluid levels, performing equipment checks, and ensuring everything runs safely according to company procedures. The role involves 12-hour shifts on rotating schedules, travel to different job sites with overnight stays, and work in outdoor conditions year-round. No prior experience is required; the company provides training.

This position suits someone physically capable of demanding outdoor work who communicates well with teammates and can follow safety protocols consistently. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are the baseline requirements; any background in oil and gas or water transfer is a bonus but not necessary. You'll be based in New Martinsville and expected to travel as projects demand.

The package includes weekly pay, paid training, medical and dental coverage, an HSA, company-paid life insurance, a 401k match, paid time off, and access to professional development. The company emphasizes quick growth opportunities and maintains an employee referral program.
