This position covers the San Antonio market, with all locations within a reasonable distance from Sephora Alamo Quarry Market. Brand Advisors are scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within their market.
Key Responsibilities
- Be punctual & reliable
- Achieve sales goals
- Educate the retail staff members on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
- Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
- Host & participate in branded events, ensuring that sales goals are achieved
- Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
- Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
- Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
- Experience hosting beauty retail events
- Strong communication skills
- Professional conduct in-store & demonstrated team player
- Ability to self-motivate & work independently
- Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smart phone apps
- Must have a working smartphone
- Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market
- Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends

Headkount is hiring a Brand Advisor to represent beauty brands across retail locations in the San Antonio market, working part-time at $22–28 per hour. You'll split your time between multiple stores—all within reasonable distance of Sephora Alamo Quarry Market—where you'll educate retail staff on product knowledge, execute sales strategies, maintain merchandising standards, and drive sales goals. The role also involves hosting branded events, completing in-store surveys, and staying coordinated with the Headkount team via their app.
This position suits someone with at least two years of beauty retail or brand experience who thrives on independence and relationship-building. You'll need strong communication skills, the ability to self-motivate across different locations, reliable transportation, a working smartphone, and genuine flexibility for weekend availability.
