About this role
American Campus Communities is seeking a Residence Life Specialist to build community and support resident success at Casas del Rio, a student housing property in Albuquerque. You'll design and execute resident events focused on personal growth, wellness, and academic achievement while serving as a key liaison between residents, university partners, and the property management team. The role blends programming creativity with operational responsibility—you'll handle everything from coordinating orientations and collecting resident feedback to enforcing lease policies and managing administrative tasks like package distribution.
This position suits someone with at least two years in student or multifamily housing who understands residence life programming, wellness initiatives, and crisis prevention. You'll need strong organizational and collaboration skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the flexibility to wear multiple hats. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
