About this role
Celnor Group's Dynamic Safety Solutions is looking for a seasoned Health and Safety Lead to manage compliance and safety strategy across major client accounts in the Dublin region. You'll operate as the principal HSE advisor to high-risk sector clients—primarily in construction, utilities, and infrastructure—developing and maintaining robust management systems, conducting audits and incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven reporting to senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with technical delivery, requiring you to embed a proactive safety culture across client operations.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years in a senior HSE role, with proven experience managing client accounts and working in construction or similarly high-risk environments. You'll need demonstrated competency in site audits, risk assessments, incident investigation, and ISO management system implementation, alongside a solid grasp of Construction Regulations 2013 and duty holder obligations. The role offers a company van and fuel card to support your client-facing work across the region.
You'll join a growing specialist business backed by Celnor Group's investment in people and systems. The position is based in Dublin with a hybrid model that includes required site visits and office time, a company pension, 21 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
