About this role
Avid ABA is looking for a clinic-based BCBA to lead clinical care in their Detroit office, with a focus on evidence-based practice and team collaboration. You'll conduct assessments, design and oversee treatment plans grounded in trauma-informed and assent-based approaches, train and supervise behavior technicians, and work directly with families to support their progress. The role emphasizes meaningful outcomes and client autonomy rather than rote compliance.
This position offers genuine work-life balance through flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and administrative support that handles scheduling so you can concentrate on clinical work. You'll have clear pathways for professional growth, ongoing CEU support, and a collaborative environment where clinicians and technicians work together. Compensation ranges from $83,000 to $95,000 with a sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health coverage, generous PTO, and paid holidays.
The organization is family-owned and led by BCBAs, which shapes a culture centered on compassionate care and community coordination.
